Beware of this company. When they market to accountants they tell you that they will send you good quality work. They say that they will send you steady, repeating business. Hi-quality clients. Nothing but the best.

The truth is that they offer start-up clients who want bookkeeping or one-time tax work done. Minimal work with clients that cannot afford to pay.

They have terrible customer service. They make up stories why they cannot send you work. They do not return phone calls or messages. They make promises then disappear.

The truth is they take your money under false pretenses and do not deliver!

AVOID THEM LIKE THE EBOLA VIRUS!!!

We are the company described in this post created and published on October 03, 2014 by “Jane” of Fairfax, Virginia.  We write to “Jane” in direct response to his/her statements.

We are very concerned about the false statements posted by you concerning our business.   Your statements are false and defamatory, and intended to cause people to avoid association with us.  Your false factual statements unquestionably cast our business and services in a negative light, and therefore injure our business reputation.

You falsely state that we do not return phone calls or messages, and that we “make promises then disappear,” and that we “take your money under false pretenses.”  You also make several false factual statements about what our company represents in our marketing to accountants and the nature of our clients/business referrals.

The company would like you and any potential consumer to know the following true facts about us and our services, which clearly demonstrate the falsity of “Jane’s” factual statements:

  • To date we have delivered more than $100 million in accumulated billings to the accountants in our network.
  • Over 85% of referrals made by our company to member accountants are comprised of engagements other than bookkeeping or “one-time tax work.”

  • Over 79% of our company’s clients are non “start-up” clients.

  • The majority of our company’s corporate clients seek long-term assistance, including, for example, audit and tax corporate clients with annual, recurring billings that exceed six figures.

  • Our company’s marketing agreement promises only to advertise on behalf of member accountants generally, and makes no promises or guarantees as to the type of work or type of client that will be referred.

  • As part of the referral process, our company provides extensive client information to member accountants, who are then able to assess the engagement and make their own final determination as to whether they wish to accept the referral.  Our company strives to maintain a relationship with both member accountants and business owners throughout the referral process.  It facilitates opportunities for both parties to offer feedback on our company’s services, and makes every effort to address questions, complaints and concerns, and to resolve any issues that arise during the referral process.

As shown above, your statements concerning our company and our services are blatantly false.  We have forwarded the matter to our outside legal counsel at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP.  Because your false statements disparage our business and services, we have the right to seek legal remedies against you, including seeking monetary damages.

We encourage you or anyone with questions or concerns about our services to contact us directly.  We are committed to provide excellent customer service and will work with accountants if there is a problem that can be resolved.  However, we also take our business reputation very seriously and will pursue legal action against false factual statements that disparage the company’s business reputation and services.  Jane, we hope you will contact us directly so that we may have the opportunity to better understand and address your issues and try to resolve this amicable.  If we do not hear from you, we will take the necessary legal steps to resolve this matter, including obtain your identify and taking legal actions to have your statements removed, and obtain monetary relief based on the damage we have sustained from your false statements.
