Purchased a set of helmet intercoms and received 3 weeks ago.  They worked fine when paired with phones or audio devices but will not work properly as intercom.  Customer support is very difficult due to both slow response and language difficulties.  Once I advised them that after following all instructions from manual and support personnel that things still didn't work, they asked if I wanted to return/exchange.  I advised yes with a couple of questions a week ago.  Even with one additional message in the middle of the week, I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM.

I have advised in all communication that the intercom is required for any upcoming motorcycle trip, now just two weeks ago.  That apparently has had no impact on expediting any sort of response or exchange process.
