Complaint Review: Goodhealth Plan

I called and spoke to one of their representatives about their plan and asked for printed information and was told they didn't have information to send.

The young lady I spoke to indicated I would have 7 days to cancel once I sent in the premium and they received the payment. I asked again about printed material that explained their plan and she said I wouldn't get that until the policy was issued.

I asked her why I didn't have the option to make the decision to cancel after I received the printed material explaining the benefits and was told that was not their policy to allow the cooling off period beyond the 7 days after their receiving the premium.

I feel the state of Florida should require Goodhealth Plan to have full disclosure of all benefits this plan offers and each person should have an opportunity to inspect and read the all information regarding their plan(s).
