Complaint Review: Goodloe Realty Services

I used them as a management company, I was not happy with service so i cancel the contract,not before paying 80 %(cash). There are too many things to talk about so please be aware, before you sign a contract......you are giving these people all rights to your house. they can do anything to your house without asking you first,
they will bill you for repairs ..... and if you don't pay.... they will take it out of you rent check. Also they hold you rent money till the end of the month just so they can earn interest on it.

Berry B. claims to have 17 years of experience but when you ask her a question she has to call her boss first. No one does anything without asking the boss first.
this lady did a lot unnecessary things to my house (make ready expenses)and bill me 1290.00 for things I never approved claiming it was part of the contract.
