Goodnet Hosts illegal sites, Internet
This web hosting company hosts an illegal site:
http://earthparadise.com.ua/
A fake hotel "Hotel Paradise" in Koktebel Ukraine. The hotel does not exist. It lists it's contact numbers as mobile phone #'s. The only way to "reserve" a room in this fake hotel is to send 50% of the room cost by bank wire transfer or Western Union.
This fake hotel lists it's address as "Ukraine, Koktebel, Morskaya st. 9 B"
I complained to Goodnet hosting to remove the illegal site. They told me to complain to the police.
I suggested that since they are in Ukraine they could easily drive to the above address and see that no such hotel or resort exists but it's simply away for these criminals to defraud money from those who would think this is a real hotel / resort.
I have also tried to alert Ukrainian authorities without result.
Goodnet does have a moral obligation to enforce it's Terms of Service rules and ensure that it is not hosting illegal sites.

This is Goodnet's response to me:
Again I wrote you: this site located in our network, but not in our servers. This site located on the one of the our client's server. We don't have physical access to it and block this site for any reason.
So as you start to blackmail us with some complaints, not giving us any evidence, I do not see the point with you to any mailings.
