This company didn't do what they were suppose to have done to my roof. I went over what I needed with Darrel, the salesman, for an entire hour. I needed to get the roof repaired for insurance purposes.
This company ripped me off for 903.00. They tried to get an extra 100. for wood that was already added in the original price. They didn't do what was agreed on. Now, I have to spend an extra 1000. to have it done right. They tell you that they're honest but they are not.
After you complain to them, Kelly Good, the owner is quick to turn around and say "oh your roof is in bad shape, your entire roof needs to be replace" Like a broken record. This company license should be taken.

Ms. Betts contacted Goods Roofing Inc. to perform multiple repairs on the roof of her home. We completed the work as specified in our agreement. Ms. Betts contacted us to inform us the work that was performed on her home was not what she anticipated. A miscommunication occurred between our Roofing Specialist, Daryl and what he understood she wanted to be repaired on her home. Our commitment to you is your complete satisfaction. We apologize for not being able to make you 100% satisfied; therefore I believe it is only right we refund you 100% of your money. We will continue to work hard and review our procedures to ensure this does not occur in the future!
