Caution before paying.
Do NOT pay for any electrical item you have not personally tested: if it is a Goodwill of Tacoma branch, it will probably have hidden damage.
If it is a small item, eg. carving knife, you may be charged 4 times the marked price.
Don't give me any blather about employees being to hard-worked to steal; in actuality most donation-oriented thrift store employees are too busy stealing to work-hard.
More than once I have donated a full suite of furniture which never made it to the front room.
