Complaint Review: Goodwill texas

Waco texas heart of goodwill that does auctions through shopgoodwill.com are nothing but spineless con artist who take your money. They claimed they supposedly sent me two purses in one box which was a complete lie an they didnt even refund me what i paid an didnt send me the item i paid for. So $22.23 later no item an no refund oh an banned from telling them the truth because supposedly their cameras say otherwise yet my package i received an opened in front of witnesses can verify i didnt get what they claimed i did. I will plaster their s*** full a**** anywhere i can to save others the headache. The company is a joke an is worthless. I paid more for shipping than the item which is the sad part. So i over paid for one item not two. This will not sit believe me i have gone to the better business bureau already an im about to go viral with this s*** until i get my d**n money back. They are selling knock off counterfeit name brand bags anyways an im going to report them for that to. Im sure the ones i ordered arent all real an its illegal to sell them. So please do flag the s*** out of these people. Even report them if you have to. Dont fall victim to their b****** like i did.
