Complaint Review: Goody Tickets

Goody Tickets Received tickets for Xmas present. I will be out of town and tried for a refund 3 months before show and was told, no refunds. Then I checked the venues sight and found out that I was being charged TRIPLE the actual price. Internet

My wife purchased tickets to go see Jeff Foxworthy in April 2016, as a Christmas present for me. My job will prevent me from going, so we called Goody Tickets to have the order canceled and the money returned to her credit card account.         They told me that ALL sales are final, regardless of the reason, even though the event is still 3 months in the future. We were charged $126.00 per ticket for a random seat, $53.40 service fee for each ticket plus $15.00 delivery fee, for a total of $320.40. If she had gone to the venue's website (the rip-off site looks very similar) she could have choosen specific seats in a good location for $62.50 each, a total of $125.00. When I called the venue location and asked why the 3rd party could use their name in a website meant to decieve the consumer, they said they can't stop them. I have filed a complaint with our credit card company.
