Stay away, spread the word, don't use this company! I purchased six tickets to Ghost from the online ticket seller. My mother in-law is sick and this is her last hurrah. Within an hour someone called my husband and tricked into thi BEWARE SCAM ON TICKET SALES

I'm sorry you had a negative experience on our site. We are a little confused about the issue you encountered.
I researched your order from June 23, and I'm showing a different set of tickets was offered and accepted for the show in question. Your credit card was issued a $90 refund for the difference in these seats. The tickets were issued to you on June 24. I'm showing they were accepted by the buyer on July 10 so they should be in your possession.
