We paid for tickets for a day at the 2013 US Open Golf for Tuesday June 11th 2013.

We paid for these ticket almost a year in advance of the event.

Our contract with GoodyTickets.com states the tickets would arrive June1, 2013. Tickets never arrived.

When the tickets did not arrive in advance of the event date, we called and emailed Goody Tickets.com several times.

Still no tickets.

Finally GoodyTickets.com said they would be at the US Open "will call" office at 8am Tue.! Guaranteed!

We arrived on Tues., at 8:05AM and tickets were not there and we could not enter.

We waited until about 9Am and still no tickets as promised.  We called Goody...and no answer.

We had to purchase tickets again in order to enter.

As it turned out we were later informed the tickets did not arrive until 11:36AM Eastern time. That was after that day event was about half over and way after we had to buy tickets again in order to enter.

GoodyTickets took our money,  not honor their contract as promised and did not return out money.

As result of this We believe GoodyTickets.com is not a responsible business do deal with and wish to alert others contimplating doing business with them.
