My freelance writing business was contracted to research and create original trivia questions for a trivia-related site (i.e., Googess.com). After my initial work submissions were accepted, I was paid, but only after several persistent requests for this payment.

After the second submissions of trivia questions on January 26, 2007, I was told they would accept my work, but not to submit more until notified. I have not been paid for this second submission of questions, even after no less than seven requests for payment, including invoices sent to this organization. All requests remain unanswered. I had an attorney draft an action letter requesting payment for services rendered, which they also have not responded to.

At the present time, this company is apparently thriving from the work and time I dedicated to providing quality services, yet they have turned a blind eye to the requests for the money they owe me.

I'm shocked I never had a problem with Googess or Nathan Brand

Before Triviaonnet.com officially came into being I wrote thousands of questions for them. At times I was making hundreds of dollars a week. I'd turn around and there would be more money in my Paypal account.

At one time they did make me wait for one payment. They said they weren't ready to use the questions yet, but once they did the money was there. I've been in touch with them and they are not doing as well as they had hoped. They are not buying new questions at the moment, unfortunately.
I hope one day soon they will need more questions and I will not hesitate to write them for them.
