I called 866-246-6453 at 11:10am Central Time USA to ask for the legal department address at Google so I can send legal correspondence to Google and the agent did after I expressed my dissatisfaction with Google Adwords yelled 'shut up!' in my ear and hung up the phone. Called back at 11:14am Central Time USA and 'Neil' answered and hung up on me after I asked for someone to hold the kid responsible for being rude to me, yelling 'shut up' in my ear and hanging up on me and Neil also hung up on me immediately. I am a paying customer at Google.

They took my money for a service they did not provide then this is the way I am treated when I contact them to get information about possible recourse. 11:15am Neil hung up on me again. 11:20am another agent hung up on me when I asked to escalate a complaint to Google about the way I was treated by their customer service reps today. 11:25am another agent hung up on me refusing to escalate my complaint to a supervisor that would hold their rude disrespectful customer service agents accountable for their behavior today. 11:27am 'Donna' hung up on me again after I asked politely to escalate a complaint about the way I have been treated today.

11:31am John also hung up on me after I asked about escalating a complaint to Google Corporate and told me there is no one I can talk to on the phone about their rude disrespectful treatment of customers today. 11:46am 'Donna' hung up on me again after I asked to speak to an advertising account representative. 11:51-11:56am Mark hung up after I expressed my dissatisfaction with the adwords service and refused to let me speak to an agent that could resolve the issue.
