Our company has been advertising with Google for many years. Because our customers our trade professionals, our AdWords campaigns specifically target the way our clients searching for new products, which is done in an office on a desktop during normal business hours.  We therefore never advertise on mobile devices, since our clients do not conduct searches on these devices.

Over the years, Google has repeatedly pressured our company to alter our marketing efforts to expand our advertising onto mobile devices, to which we have consistently declined advertising on mobile devices as not a form of advertising we will ever accept.

Much to our surprise, it was brought to our attention and confirmed to us by Google Account Specialist Chloe Hunt (Global Business Operations) that over a six month period our company was billed $4,532.75 on mobile advertising, despite our clear intentions made known that we did not want ads to appear on mobile devices.

It is unknown just how much money, over the years, Google has withdrawn to advertise with them that appeared on mobile devices to which we were billed.

On May 26, 2016 we suspended all advertising with Google.

After reviewing the details of our account and the information we provided Google, they offered our company a one-time credit of $2,228.41, which we rejected.

Two months have now passed since we have advertised with Google.
