Google/play card they well not refund my money, and do not stand behind thier name Internet

the above is from the BBB, got a gift for my little girl for easter a Google play card of $25, so she could play some games on her phone (cell) it would not work so i called the number on the back they said she has to have the google wallet , at first wasnt for sure , but i tried to set it up it wanted a credit card number dont have one so i called them back and they said a debit card well do , i do not put my debet card on the internet so months later after i said oh well for get it and just gave her just cash , cause they kept trying to get me to give up my numbers nd told them just to send me a check or money order, cause i was done arguing with them , So in june 2013 3/4 months later that i could now have a Google wallet with out my credit/debt card number by then it was to late i dont want nothing todo with Google anything, so now they said the only way i could get my money back was that i HAVE to have a google wallet and to put my bank account number on it and i could transfer it from the wallet and take it back off, i told them noway if i wanted them to have actsess to my account i would of got a debt card and gave it to them in the begining , as of right now im out $25 plus tax and alot of my personal time, ,,, so here is the link to my BBB complaint and what they said

, right now i would like to sue them , just so the next person wont mess up and think that Google is good as of right now i have deleted my Youtube account that i had for 6yrs, beware Google is a fishing web company that works for the N.S.A. gathering all your personal info , so they can sell it and make money , and if thier site gets haked and steals your info , they dont care they dont stand behind thier name or company or thier friends, all this and they could of sent me cash,money order, hell they could of western union it... but no they have worked harder and spent more money then to just give me a refund ,
i am SO MAD, everytime i think of google , so sorry to get off trak a little .
