IT HAS BEEN A MONTH and can't get through to customer service just a loop of - please wait - your call is important - Las Vegas Nevada
ordered what i thought was a inexpensive look after reading email for 3.98 for shipping and handling receive free kit for trial period. no mention of how long the trial period is ,and no mention of be sure to note that by not cancelling within 7 days you are consenting to a contract or membership that you will be charged $72. a month - for what ? i never got a kit - false advertising i do think and deception because you think you are getting something that will explain more what it is about , and instead you get nothing and are still charged $72. because you did not read the fine print - that of course is never mentioned on any of he advertising emails. you can not get through to the supposed customer service and they have not responded to any of my emails I have disputed the charge with my Bank and will fight to see this deceptive company exposed -there were at least 30 or 40 people on another site - who also said they were shocked by the charge and never recieved the famous FREE kit that is advertising to lure you in.
that is failure to perform false advertising and extremely disappointing , i actually thought it was possibly a real company
