Please beware! GooglePro is not affiliated with Google, Inc. and is a fraudulent company that has charged my credit card without my authorization. I initially agreed to the meager $3.88 for supposed shipping and handling for some work-at-home materials. The online add shows a box of materials, but what arrived was a simple disc in a little cardboard slip cover. The "deal" was that I had a full 7 days to look over the materials and if I decided that this was not for me, I could simply call up and cancel my "membership" and avoid being charged $72.41/mo. I received the disc and looked it over, (totally NOT what I was looking for or expected) and decided to call and cancel. Even though they called me at home and got my information well after 5pm, suddenly they are not available after that time. The message told me to call back during business hours. I then decided to call my bank to see if there were any charges pending on the credit card I used. I purposely used a credit card with very little room left on it so that they couldn't "clean out" my bank account. Low and behold, they charged my credit card $72.41, 7 days after they took the initial $3.88. NOT 7 days after I received it. I received the disc a day AFTER they charged the $72.41...I have since cancelled the card, they will not get more than the $3.88 from me. I am disputing the fraudulent second charge and they will not be able to charge any more on my card. Shame on me for not doing my homework and really checking into this company. I honestly thought I was working with the legitimate Google, Inc. but this group of scumbags is using the Google name and ripping off the public. People like me that are just trying to find ways to make a few extra bucks to make ends meet during these trying times. Never trust a company that you've really never heard of. It's just not worth it. I am fortunate that I caught this in time to fight the charge, but I fear that others may not be so lucky. Research, research, research this stuff!
