Googolshop.com Through AMAZON have my money and defective radio that i sent back to them,and they refuse to exchange product or follow policy los angeles, California *NOTICE..!! this ripoff has nothing to do with Google search engine - many rip-off businesses use the Google name to fool consumers.
I had bought a pioneer bt900 and the bluetooth did not work ,so i sent it back in hopes of getting another one in exchange.Instead they told me they dont want my bussiness and that they were going to refund me only 70% of $555.08 .
They are not giving me any options they are making my decision for me then keeping my money.I end up empty handed and they have my money and unit.Their policy states I have 30 days from purchase date to return for exchange or store credit.They have no phone number,no way to contact ,and the guy that called me back from a private # told me im f&cked.
