Goopping is an international mail/parcel forwarder in the USA.

Company is very deceiving by luring people consumers with free package consolidation and repackaging. Firstly, when order arrives at warehouse. Customers is not informed and online directory is not updated. Chcked with courier service tracking number and it has been sitting in the warehouse for 2 to 4 days. Only to be constantly remnded they update online. Secondly, once they lost a parcel they take no effort in assisting you.after 2 weeks still no concrete news. Thirdly, takes very long for items to be delivered to warehouse as warehouse open late. Lastly, very bad customer service.
