I bought a car on 02/10/2011 from Gordon’s automotive L.L.C. a ford escape 2002 with over 135k miles for 1800, the car worked fine for 5 days in which i barely used, first I went to have the oil changed as advised by the dealer and I also went the extra mile making a complete tune-up including the belt and the serpentine belt.

The next day the car left me on the street, I was driving at no more than 40 mph and the car stalled making a loud noise from the engine, I called a mechanic and was told that the engine died, so i called the number on the paperwork and I was told that the number showing in the receipt is the number of the person that handles all the paperwork not the dealer (??) So he gave me the phone number to call the actual people selling the car, the first person asked me to call his partner because that was not his car that "Greg" has to handle this because this was his car, so i called him gave me the run
around and asked me to call him later, so i did, after numerous rings took me to his voice mail which is full, so i gave him couple of hours and called again now his cell phone has been disconnected.

After finally getting in touch with him he does not want to hear anything about the car, he keeps saying that the car was sold as is, but Florida state gives 30 days to return the car if sold by a dealer.

Anyway just stay away from these people, unless you like to give your hard earn money away
