I ordered and paid for two motor scooters on April 22nd, 2008. After several weeks the scooters did arive as advertised. That's where this saga starts. The website says they come with the MSO's which is like a title and is required to register them to use on the road. That is basically a lie.

It is now June 12th, 2008 and after many unanswered emails, many weeks, and a lot of run-around I still do not have the MSO's. In one of the emails that was responded to I was told I would have them in a few days...that was a few weeks ago. Then in the other email that was responded to I was told they were sent out but to give them my full name, the date bought, and the VIN's. That was over a week ago and still no MSO's.

If you are thinking of buying from this company, you may want to look elsewhere. They have been very slow in responding to emails, and not truthful in their website advertising. I am very sorry I bought from them and have since contacted the friends I told to not buy from this company. I have also contacted all the agencies I could to report this situation.

Well, it is now June 23rd and I still do not have the MSO's. My last email from Mr. Whitted asks me to hang in there. He also says that after he sends the order to the shipper, it is out of his control and I should not blame him. Nowhere on his website does it say that the scooters are being shipped by anyone else. It states the every scooter is shipped with a filled-in and signed MSO so you can register it in your state.

I have run several businesses over the past 30 years and never run into a business owner that tries to pass the buck like this. Maybe I'm missing something here. Maybe I shouldn't feel the owner of a business should be responsible for satisfying his customers. Maybe all businesses should pass the buck and tell their paying customers that they are not to be blamed for not supplying their customers with what they advertise. Maybe I should have run my business this way, after all, why should I be responsible for satifying my customers? Who needs them?

Please do yourselves a favor...stay clear of this company. It will save you the headaches I'm going through, and by the way it looks, I'm not the first person to have trouble with this company. I wish I had done a little more research before I bought from this company.
