I order a scooter from gordon whittier and got the wrong scooter. I order a Roketa 150 and got a Culumez something I never heard of. My title came from rabbit scooter in chino cal. And I got get a bill of sale from them. They said I would have to e-mail sales@motorcycles-wholesale.com. I did that and I still have heard from them.
