P,O, BOX 10502, TAMPA , FLORIDA 33679 AND 4346 DUNBARTON AVENUE # 10, TAMPA , FLORIDA 33611 is a " THIEF" .
This LOW LIFE has a BAD REPUTATION in the Tampa Bay Area
who will get DRAWS from his clients but won't pay his sub-contractors. This " thief" pocketed money on a large construction job and SCREWED the very sub-contractors who he employed to help him on a construction job that brought a substantial amount of money in this LOW LIFES pocket. He had and has NO CONCERN for anybody but himself. He SCREWED a few sub-contractors in the past. We are in the business, and have run into this p***k a few times. He has NO REMORSE, NO GUILT, Shows no ethics, and at the end of the job will leave you standing there with your tools in hand and uses " EXCUSES " why he won't pay you. We also know he SCREWS his clients with cheap material. The homeowner has " NO IDEA " what is going on, and sees a finished job, but the job is sub-par to what the client expects to be done or material to be used. I would " STAY AWAY " from this CON ARTIST.. he is a THIEF of the FIRST ORDER and can't be trusted.
We found a few write ups on RIPOFF.COM on this p***k, and we are very concerned that he is continuing his thievery. For every ten good, decent, hard working construction companies, you have one slimey BASTAERD like GORDON ZIMMERMANN who will SCREW you to death with a smile on his face, and you will never know you have been SCREWED until it is too late. He will cost you thousands. He claims he is " BACK " after running out on his clients and sub-contractors, and claims he is up and running again. Funny, there are no records for this SLUG, this THIEF in Tallahassee with the Secretary of State. He probably put the company under his wifes name ( JUNE ZIMMERMANN) . DO NOT DEAL with GORDON ZIMMERMANN under any circumstances. When you seek out Construction Companies to do your work, check County Court Records with the CLERK OF THE COURT " on line " to see if they have been sued. Check out their Licenses, especially their BOND INSURANCE COMPANY and their accidental Insurance to see if they are up to date. Do not assume everything is ok. You can check County records on line to see if their licenses are up to date. Gordon Zimmermann and Zimmermann Construction slipped through the cracks and nobody took the time to check him out. Because of that, he SCREWED a lot of people, and a few sub-contractors and could care less that you never got PAID. It's all about Gordon Zimmermann. This son of a b***h is a THIEF. If you use his service, you have nobody to BLAME but yourself.
We found a lot of imformation on this DIRT BAG... I hope you take the time and read what we found. I am embarrassed to say he is a construction company with any honor or integrity... not this b*****d.... in these difficult times... he ruins it for the little guy trying to earn a living. He could care less about you, your family, you as a client, or colleague in the business. This is one LOW LIFE that should be tossed in a dumpster with the rest of the garbage, but nobody should dirty their hands on this Scum Bag.
Hey Godon - You had to START a NEW COMPANY..../Hey Gordon... you must be PROUD to be a THIEF. You stole money from another company and his family and his crews to stuff your face and pocket with Precision Elevator's money. You are a " thief" You had to shut down your company you LOW LIFE so to point people away from your old business. So, according to you/...you start a NEW BUSINESS under a NEW Company name, but you are still a THIEF. You will not change your ways. You are the type that will abuse the system. You are the type of person who will steal, rob money from others to survive. Its in you blood, your background and your kind of THIEF will never change. Its no wonder your wife dumped you. As a man, you are a snake that can't be trusted. It's all about you Gordon Zimmermann. You have no feelings for your business partners. You have no concern that you stole from others to benefit yourself. It's a shame your FAMILY NEVER TAUGHT YOU TO RESPECT YOUR FELLOW MAN. YOU ARE A thief... You have balls telling this guy BRUNO and Precision Elevator " your back ". I guess you go to sleep at night with NO RESPECT for anyone you do business with. It's all about you. I read the series and write ups written, and I will honestly say you are a LOW LIFE SNAKE. How you can SCREW people for your own gain is called UNJUST ENRICHMENT, go to the web and look up its meaning. I am suprised nobody has knocked on your door as yet. People have been put in JAIL for what you have done. To those contractors out there, I was in construction myself, and if you respect your brother construction breveran...
