No response to product support inquiries. The product does not function as advertised and the company does not respond to request for assistance and/or return authorization. The company does not list a telephone number on their invoice or website and no number is listed in the telephone directory (i did find one listed for the owners David and Amber Gore of 304-752-3052). Also, the company was slow to and gave an unsatisfactory response to order / shipping inquiries.

Hello,

This report has just been brought to my attention. I apologize for any and all difficulties experienced while dealing with us.

I thought for the longest time that we were experiencing frustrating technical issues with our support system. However, I recently discovered that there was a certain dishonest individual on our staff that was responsible for most customer-related issues. This person is no longer employed by us, and our complaint volume has dropped to nearly zero since this person has left.

Well, after filing a compliant w/ the BBB and threatening to file one with the West Virginia Attorney General I was issued a full refund. These folks should be avoided.
