I've purchased the software (proscan) based on the advert displayed on the website (www.myscantool.com), but it doesn't work and I can get any reply from their support.

This complaint has just been brought to my attention. I have reviewed our support system and can't find any emails from you. There have been 3 software upgrades released since your complaint was filed, so hopefully any issue that you had with the software has been resolved.
