I wish I had done the research needed BEFORE ordering a ProScan devise as I ended up doing AFTER the product failed and got no response from any of the voice mails and emails to their Customer Service. I realize they may be a small operation, but you will get nowhere if you don't make your customers happy. I have a huge project on hold now for 1 month because of Gore Research's lack of human customer service. I now see that BBB has 49 complaints, 3 of which are still not resolved and have rated them as "Unsatisfactory". I'm sure they are just overwhelmed and are unable to respond to their emails and voice mails. But as a customer that has spent several hundred dollars, it is not a good thing to be ignored, you start wondering if they are "ripping you off."
