This business is a joke. They weren't content to hit me with imaginary charges such as late fees even though my bank proved they took my money out the day before it was due or certified letters that didn't seem to exist. They aren't even content to steal our deposit. They are now trying to extort my family for an obscene amount of money. The homeowner is not local and may not be aware of how unethical this company is, but he will by the time this is over. There are several review sites and even social media sites that are overflowing with how crooked this company is and, based on our experience, they are all telling the absolute truth.
