GoSmart Mobile Burned me for $45 and refuse to refund me Providence Rhode Island

they shut off my Sim because i put it in another phone. Suposedly I am required to call them and switch the IMEI in my case i was just checking something on a friends phone. They locked my sim out. I made a payment or $45 a few days before my next billing cylce. Made me buy another sim one for $15 then went THREE days without my phone almost losing my job behind it, I called them 8 times and each time was told something different, "we issued a ticket" "we didnt program the IMEI" "please wait 72 hours" (business days and it was a friday!)

After losing patience i went to simple mobile and ported my # with them costing me 50 for the prepay monlthy and 15 for the sim. Days and almost two weeks now with continuios emails to cresitrequest@gosmart.com and no one replied. I even attached my receipt of my $45 payment. I stated that i never even got to use the service and I should entitled to a refund. NOTHING.  They stole $45 dollars from me and made my life a nighmare for almost a week. Avoid them they are a small company somewhere in a 3rd world country that rents t-mobile towers that have no clue what they are doing.

 Piece of mind, They want you to call them each time you take your sim card out and place in ANY other device OR they will shut it down and trick you in to buying a new sim card. No they will not reactivate it.
