GoSmart Mobile Payment center failures and blame game between go smart and payment center Internet

GoSmart Mobile seems  to have  a on going defective payment processing third party company or system or both. Each month i have to listen to yet more excuses why the  system has problems. at first i was told that the phone system has issues recognizing the correct pin if i want to make a change in plan. so if i have a $30 plan and want a $35 plan i have to input the correct password to make a change. since the system regardless of the password you enter will be wrong you cannot make a chance.

you have to call customer service first because if you call the payment center they will say its a GOSMART mobile failure and they cannot do anything. to shut them up and help you have to have both payment center employee and customer service for GOSMART on the line and after they argue over who fault it is they figure a way to help .  this month i called the automated phone system to make a payment but the system is down. i spoke to a rep yesterday  but system is still down.  i called this morning but system is still down . the phone reps can not take a payment "they are not allowed" 

they have no system in place in case they make mistakes and customers go with out service . at least give 2 days active service if you service expires while you fix your so called "UPGRADING " which any customer know as  our systems are down so instead of being honest corporate MBA america motto "DENY BLAME and REDIRECT"

do not choose go smart ...service is terrible!
