Complaint Review: GOT ALL AUTO PARTS

Purchased a transmission for 2006 Dodge Dakota Slt 4.7. They use several different names, Looked them up on the Michigan Secretary website, Owner Jeff Madison, owns Got All Auto Parts, which is listed as a junkyard. He also is listed as owning J MAD Properties LLC, Madison Restoration Incorporated, Transmission Parts Distribution, Inc, Transmission Whole Sales Distributors Inc. A Transmissions.

Also, running a Business, webpage named Powertrainpro.com, with supposedly someone named Pat Green location of Jacksonville, FL. There is a legal transmission shop with the name Powertrainpros LLC located in Nebraska.  Did a reverse lookup of the IP Address for Pat Green and it came back to Ann Arbor Michigan.

Pat Green gave me an estimate of $1300.00 that includes shipping to a Business. that estimated didn't mention anything about labor costs etc. This transmission started leaking fluid from the valve body pan within several days, They cleaned and painted the transmission to make it look as if it's new/rebuilt like they advertised.

The pan was painted black and the rust is coming through. We have had nothing but problems with the transmission and torque converter. Like all the other complaints, they never call you back about warranty issues.

Instead, the customer service number never answers and the VM is full. Found another phone number and left messages, never return my calls. I have filed complaints and been trying for 2-years to get my money back without any success. So I am doing what another consumer did, I am filing an IC3 complaint with the FBI. I am also mailing 50-pages of documents along with a complaint form to the U.S. Dept Of Justice, Also, I am submitting these documents and complaints to several class-action Attorneys who also practice (RICO) Claims. I suggest other consumers with complaints do the same. 145-complaints on BBB, Also, Michigan Attorney General has over 145-complaints as well.
