Got Engines Never shipped motor and I cancelled before it was shipped Florida

Purchased a motor from Got Engines.

They kept sending me emails that motor was going to their quality control dept and will be shipped in two days.

I cancelled motor order because i rsearched company and found that the motor quality was inferior and other customers had issues with customer service and that they got ripped off or never got a refund.

I contacted by financial institution to dispute my order.

Got Engines also tried to charge me 25% of the total charge for the motor that I never received. Got charge reversed through my bank after telling Got Engines that they cannot charge me for something I never received.

When buying a used motor, it is best to go to your local reputable service garage and have hem locate a local area motor within your stated that has a real address that you can go to for any disputes, not an on-line company.
