got junk Rude and argumenitive, late, way over priced pittsburgh Pennsylvania
We had a renter move out leaving a lot of junk and garbage. We live in a different state so we called 1800gotjunk to remove the junk. It was all in bags and boxes ready to go. When I called they were very nice on the phone. They said they were bonded and insured to remove without us being there and a full truck was around 700. They gave a time of 2 to be there to remove.
After 4 we got a call from the driver he was 20min away. He immediately started complaining about us not being there and the amount of work. He called after he arrived complaining more. He said it would cost 2700 to do the work and that the TVs were 100 each charge. These were small monitor size. After frustrating conversations they left without doing anything.
We then called a local guy off craigslist. We drove to he house to do yard work. He showed up the next morning with a truck. They worked so hard no complaining. Not only did they haul all the trash but helped bag and took all the lawn trimmings. They charged 10 each for the TVs. They filled their truck once and came back and loaded it about a quarter full. They charge a total of 700 for everything.
