Complaint Review: GOT MATRIX

I have been in the ranks list for five months to move up the list and I haven't moved. I send e-mails to the support address and no one has called or written back to me in over two months. I complant to them that I couldn't download my e-book purchase for a refund and still know one has contacted me. 250.00 for an alienware laptop as a free give. My money 250.00 down the drain.
