Beware of gotcarwash.com. My wife goes to Camarillo Car Wash on Las posas road in Camarillo, CA and is approached by an individual selling car wash passes. He states for $25.00 she can have five weeks of car washes (one per week). That sounds really good, doesn't it? A month later we get hit on our bank statement for $44.99. A membership fee. She tells me that that's not what she signed up for. That she was offered a monthly membership but declined and would take the five car washes for $25.00. They swipe her debit card for the $25.00 and she is off and running. What a complete scam. Now if you want unlimited car washes fro $45.00 per month, it's a great deal. But when you're told, "okay, you will get the five washes for $25.00 and that's it" and then your bank account is hit for another $44.99 a month later, that's not cool. Beware unless you know what your getting in to.

The claims in the report are innacurate. The member did not cancel their program after the 5 week introductory offer was completed. In addition, the member was refunded their money after they contacted our customer service center. GotCarWash.com is an unlimited car wash club designed for professionals and soccer Moms that want to have their vehicle washed when ever they desire at the very best price. It does auto renew for your convenience and the rules and regulations are clearly stated.
In fact the customer must sign and agree to the terms prior to receiving the promotion. However, it is not for everyone so if you do not want to stay a member all you have to do is go online and cancel whenever you want.
