Gotec Equipment Received payment for goods but have not shipped, supplied, nor responded to enquiries, Internet

I purchased a Vermeer Horizontal grinder HG200 used from Gotec equipment via their web site as well as a supporting parts package The items were invoiced in two separate invoices as I had requested and paid for in full to be exported to Barbados West Indies. When the shipment arrived it consisted only of the HG200 grinder, no spare parts.

This was on March 2012. I have tried unsuccessfully to get any factual information from their sales manager or Owner about my parts package.All I have been receiving is a run around and conflicting info that the goods were shipped, but they have been unable to supply me with shipping information It is now May 2012 and the owner and sales manager simply do not respond to my calls nor e mails

I am out of pocket US$4,500.00 plus and have no spare parts Seems to me taking my money and not sending the goods is fraud,I do however have their official receipt stating paid in full.This is not a local sale but an export to Barbados What an experience doing business with an American Company
