Complaint Review: Gotec Financial

Gotec has called me on several occasions. everytime they call, the number is blocked. after answering the call, there is a silence then a foreign voice comes on telling me that i have been appoved for a credit card for a $5000 credit limit. Only thing I had to do was pay a processing fee of $219.95. I was told that $29.95 of that was nonrefundable due to shipping and handling of information. They told me I had a total of 9 days to pay the full ammount nad that within 4-5 days i will be recieving a package with banks who has appoved me. I was so excited and and after they told me that my checking account information was needed to process the order. I gave them the information and they told me I had to confirm the request for credit on a recorder. When the voice asked me did I approved the debit form my account, I stopped to ask the agent whether i was guaranteed a card. She instructed me to say yes then she will answer all my questions after I finish the recording. I refused then she stopped the recording and started asking strange questions. Then another foreign voice got on the line and asked what is the problem. I instructed to him that I do not feel comfortable about this offer and I wanted to can cancel. He stated, "you have alredy given us you account information, why do you not want it?" I inmmediately told him to cancel the order and not take anything out my account. Following that we were disconnected. He did not want to release any contact information or anything. Although nothing has been debit yet, I have a feeling it will. This happened 2 days ago. I was scammed cold blood
