Complaint Review: Gotecfinancial

On 11-22-03 I called my bank to find out my balance when I was told that my account was minus $119.90. I thought a company that I had authorize to take money out took more than they were suppose to, so I called them.

So I called this company that Monday, 11-24-03, they said it wasn't them but to make sure fax them over a statement from my bank. So I called my bank explained the situation, asked them to fax the statement and the did.

That evening I had a message on my answering machine that verified it wasn't the company that I had thought took the money out of my account.

I called my bank back and tried to get as much info. as possible about the transaction, the bank told me it was gotec financial. I have never even heard of this company let alone spoke to them to give my account number and my routing number to them.

I decided to look the company up on line, that's when I found the rip-off report.

I'm in the process of filling out the necessary papers with my bank, but meanwhile my other automatic deduction are being returned from my bank saying unsuficient funds.

I am unemployed, and the only thing that I can rely on is my childsupport which they took from me.

The total amount that was taking out of my account was $219.90 in two seperate transaction on the same day. I didn't even have that amount in my account at the time.

I was charged $30.00 dollars for that, $10 because the account was in the minus for more than 10 days and now two $30 charges for returned check fees for my Life Insurance and AOL.

Like I said, all I have to depend right now on is my childsupport, I don't have money to throw away. Please help me.
