As with another person who registered a complaint about this company, they don't allow you to cancel the tour you signed up for even though they say they will. I called within a week of signing a contract and told them I had buyer's remorse and while it took two weeks, they finally said they would cancel but it had to through the Johannesburg, SA office. They started billing me in July (I cancelled in early June) and nobody replies to email phone messages. Names: Riana, Deon, Leonard.
I have talke to someone in the Toronto office and she is trying to help me, but she cannot get any response either. Luckily they have my checking account number which intend to close. But I know I won't get my money back.
