GOTRAX Not accept a Return after Christmas when most companies have a holiday return policy Carrollton TX

I ordered an electric scooter for my son for Christmas Nov 18th . Obviously we all know Christmas is Dec 25th . It is Dec 27th I reached out to GOTRAX who responded they dont have a holiday return policy and it is 14 days from delivery to do a return or sorry for your loss ! I picked GOTRAX because I thought they were reputable and a leader in their industry . Im a single Mom who is supposed to just be out $ 330 ? I bought the warranty too for 2 yrs .

Who doesnt have a holiday return policy the 14 days should start after Christmas to be fair to hard working parents . I asked for a manager to call me and got no response and their phone lines are not open at this time . Yes they are not taking calls n they hang up , email only . I am hoping a senior manager sees this and does the right thing accordingly. We cant give our kids their Christmas present before Christmas ? I would like a refund please .
