Gotrax Does not stand by their products and does not reply to customers when trying to return a paid for item that is faulty Mount Shasta California

I bought an Electric scooter Christmas 2021. It stopped working a month after Christmas 2023. It was barely 2 years old. I though it might be the front wheel as all the tread was worn off so i ordered two new wheels off the Gotrax website.

Turns out it was not the wheels, the scooter is simply not working. I paid over $80 dollars for the wheels but was unable to return tham as Gotrax never replied to my multiple emails to do so. I was unable to reach them by phone as their phone is no longer in service; convenient for them.

To get this scooter serviced, according to their website, they want $275. I paid $320 for the scooter so at that rate, i can buy a new scooter.  Ridiculous. I will never again buy any product they represent. I would recommend that no one else does buisness with them as well.
