I did a transaction on 9/25/2006 and initiated the funds to be withdrawn into my verified bank account. The guy never answers any email - and doesnt answer his calls.

I found the number on a message board ( 858 405 6331 ), and called and asked if it was the gottapay customer service and he quickly said no and hung up.

Thinking I had the wrong number I waited a couple of days before I tried again. This time I asked for his name (Jeffrey Hayes) in which he said that it was him - then I went on about how I wanted my funds - to which he replied that it would be one more week.

So can anyone offer advice, is there a federal number or email i can get in contact with. I haven't found anything good about them online - although when i signed up with them, and requested the person to do so as well - I liked it because of the ability to add funds to the account via CC.

It sucks because I could have had atleast 20 different people sign up - but if the funds don't ever get released I would be the one loosing out.

I really don't know what to do - and I would like my measley 48 bucks - although I really would like to just report this guy to someone but I dont know to whom.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.

How can the be in business for the last few years if they don't pay out?

Hello. I filed the report here from Nashville. I'm still waiting for funds requested in mid August.

I checked on the Better Business Bureau site last week, and gottapay has numerous complaints filed. According to their site, all have gone unanswered. They have ignored all inquiries from the BBB, and have an "unsatisfactory" rating with the BBB.

I filed a complaint at the Internet Crime Complaint Center, at ic3.gov. They look at all complaints and forward to the appropriate government agency, IF you are willing to prosecute. I am.

I urge you and all people with complaints to file with IC3 as well. I'm hoping the more complaints filed with them, the sooner the government will get involved.

The gottapay site is showing updates, i.e. a "warning" on the home page of a fraudulant email... so the site is still active and operational. We're greater in numbers and need to all report to the same sites, so they will get enough complaints to take action.
