Gottrannsmission.com Charged over 20% restock fee when nothing was sent. Internet
Ordered a transmission for a chevy truck on 20 Mar 14. After hearing absolutely nothing from Gottransmissions.com I tried to cancell the order on 28 Mar and was told the manager that did that was not there and would be in Monday so i said to put a ship hold on it. On Monday 31 Mar 14 i called and cancelled the order and was told there would be a 25% restock fee and was told there was nothing I could do about it. Called back and got a machine and asked for a call back and never received an answer. Do not trust this outfit!! 25% restock fee on a $745 part is a lot for them doing absolutely nothing.
