Gottransmissions sold me a transmission for a 2013 Ford. The part was represented as only 28k but when my mechanic installed it, it didn't work. It was worse than the transmission i was replacing. They represent a one year warranty parts and labor. It's been over two months now and I had to buy another transmission from a local junk yard. Gottransmissions is making honoring their warranty difficult by charging a 25% restocking fee and making me pay shipping on a part they sent out that was a lot older than represented and non functioning. Their warranty stated parts and labor. But I have no useful part. Paid all the return shipping on a transmission that was fraud to begin with. They post a Jacksonville, Fl address but that is fake as well.
