I was told that delivery would be around 10 days and up to 25 business days. I e-mailed multiple times thru the site and directly to info@cheapcigarettesoutlet.com.
I had received an invoice and my order still shows as pending on this website. I have not received any response from multiple e-mails.
I have confirmed with Western Union that the money was picked up at Bank of China account number 6216 6185 0000 4272 547 by Wang Guobing.
