Complaint Review: Gov-Records

I joined this because they stated I could get information locating people. The only thing they do is hook you up to other resources on the web and these additional resources cost more money and are easily found by doing a search. I have sent 10 or more emails asking for a refund. I did this with in 1 day. 2 weeks later they proceed to send me the same email back stating they want the particulars of my membership. I have sent this over and over and now I dont get a response.

Everything this site has to offer you can find doing your own searches. None of the searches I have tried came up with anything.
