These are High Tech types and it appears they have some authorization to be doing what their doing. They are there to attempt any citizen from blowing the whistle on government corruption.

These agents are the bottem of the barrell as cop types go. They abuse power as though there is no limit to what they can get away with. Have attempted to make all this known to White House and Senators but these agents choose not to let that happin.
