Complaint Review: Government Career Servic

I originally went to this location expecting to get help finding a job in the government.  I went there took a test which I did not pass the first time.  I had to pay $10 just to start the application process and then after I took the test I needed to pay another $75 to buy "study material" (which was a practice test with no answers) for a second test I would be required to take to get this supposed job this this Joy lady said she was going to help me find.  Then after studying the material for a week I called them to set up an appointment to take the test and they told me I would take the test at the location of the job I would be applying to... She did not place me in a job. She was very short with me on the phone every single time I called her.  She put me on hold almost every time I called for several minutes. All I have to show for all this hassle is a bogus practice test and some material for finding a job that came in the mail. All the information that came in the mail is all free information that can be found online.

 Stay away from this company. It is a rip off, a joke, and the ladies that work there seem nice until you have given them money and start asking questions.  Joy kept reassuring me that everything she has done was to help me. Yet she kept hanging up on me and never helped me to find a job more than what I could do on my own searching the internet.
