I saw an add at careerbuilder.com with government job openings( US Postal clerks), in my area. I called the number provided there. They told me there was openings in Queen Creek, So they were going to charge me $110.00dls for the General Service Preparatory course, which I paid. Then, they asked me to send my resume at resumes@governmentcareersinc.com which I did and had a reply. That was approximately at the end of November,2009.  They also said that I was going to be contacted by someone about my resume and with the information about the dates of the tests. I never received the call, so I called them and the number was changed. I called the other number and somebody answered and told me that somebody was going to contact me by the first of December, they never did, and since then I've been calling them, but I haven't obtained answer. Now the phone had been disconnected. I  am trying to get a hold of them, because I want to return their package and get my money back; because they promised that I was going to be contacted by an employer and it didn't happen. It is just no fair that in times like these, where we are desperate to get a job, some people just take advantage of our situation. I just hope that anybody else become a victim.

Did you check usps.com and click on careers at the bottom?  Once there click Employment Requirements.  Those are the only tests, and free.

Sorry but you were scammed.
