Complaint Review: Government-Records.com

BUYERS BEWEARE! [This is all prior to my finding this website...Rip-Off Reports...you will find other entries for this company!]

I paid the fee at Government-Records.com, and went in to do some searches. I wasn't able to get a bit of information. I entered in just about every person I know in this country, and not ONE SINGLE PERSON came up. I even entered in myself. No record found.

Consumers, don't waste your time and money on this website! It's absolutely worthless. I wrote to customer service and told them of my problem. They asked me to send them the info I needed, that they would have their "expert staff" do the search for me. I'm sorry, but I thought the whole point of joining that website was so I could do the searches myself. I tried to request a refund....trust me, the support staff is just as worthless! They never replied. Oh, and just for the heck of it...I sent customer service info for one search I needed, just to see what would happen...and nothing! Never got a reply.

Also, this website uses other named websites, but what you end up with is still Goverment-Records.com. And, once you've paid yoru money...you'll end up with a webpage that will have all the flags on it just like Government-Records.com. If you get click on a website that give you an animated bald guy talking to you...cancel out. Trust me...do not waste your time or money!
