I work for the government and thought this was a legitimite government website.  This is a privately owned organization who supposedly buys government land and resells.   The parcel I bought is a 1.25 acre in central Florida.  It turns out it is so remote it cannot be located, therefore is worthless.

Yes  I  do  understand  your  frusteration  but  also,  it  is  true  that  I  do  not  believe  that  it  is  illegal  for  them  to  sell  this  lot.

GovernmentAuction.com  has  a  lot  of  frusterated  customers  including  my  boss  and  you.

Yes  it  would  be  great  customer  service  and  a  great  convenience to  you  if  they  told  you  that  this  lot  is  extremely  remote.

We  all  go  through  learning  experiences.

This  lot  will  probably  be  great  for  hunters,  hurricane  chasers,  and  or  someone  who  is  trying  to  confirm  if  Bigfoot  exist  except  maybe  not  if  the  lot  is  landlocked  which  the  word  landlocked  often  is  used  to  mean  completely  surrounded  by  private  property.

GovernmentAuction.com  is  trying  to  find  the  right  buyer  of  this  lot.

A  lot  of  people  are  making  these  kind  of  mistake  with  GovernmentAuction.com.

I  do  understand  if  you  disagree  with  me.

How  much  money  would  it  have  costed  you  to  get  this  lot  surveyed  because  that  the  lot  is  extremely  remote  anyway.

You  never  know,  maybe  I  will  purchase  the  lot  from  you  for  if  you  wish  to  sell  it  but  this  is  not  guaranteed.

Thank  you

Dear JoAnn,
This property is indeed located in a remote area. The primary use of this land is for hunting and off road recreation. It is located near Lake Kissimmee in the River Ranch area, and as a property owner it gives you access to over 55,000 acres of hunting land. There is a yearly fee of $120 that you would need to pay to the association to access a recreational area called the River Ranch Property Owners Association. If you would like more information on the RRPOA, or would like to discuss your purchase, please feel free to contact our office and we would be happy to assist you.
